Nevertheless he thought he could do much more. Hack Reactor finally obtained Telegraph Academy, but Brown stayed on as its new head of variety and inclusion. The job did not exist in advance of, but he understood it mattered and took the initiative to pitch it to the Hack Reactor founders.
“I just felt I could use the posture to reduce underrepresented college students from sensation the same way I did,” he clarifies.
